Sent out a chest pack that we ordered to Kentucky and we live in Washington state? By the time I get it our season will be over? Customer service is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I called they offered me nothing for the inconvenience for there screw up. Not how its done coaxsher!!!!!!!!!!
I looked on the Web site for a harness found the harness it said in stock so I placed an order a few days later I called and they said o that item is outta stock it will ship Monday still no harness said it would be here tomorrow now there saying Tuesday wtf
